The service
GlobalDirectoryPages reviews business documentation, runs automated verification checks, issues trust badges to businesses that pass, and re-checks those businesses on an ongoing basis. Subscriptions are billed yearly per plan.
Payment does not buy a result
Your subscription pays for the review and the ongoing monitoring. It does not guarantee a passing verification, a particular trust score, or a particular badge tier. If you do not pass, you keep access to the itemised findings and may re-submit once resolved.
Accuracy of what you submit
You confirm that documents and details you upload are genuine, current, and yours to submit. Submitting falsified or altered evidence terminates your account without refund and results in permanent removal from the directory.
Badge use
While your verification is active you may display the badge on your own properties using the embed we provide. The badge must remain linked to your live verification report and must not be altered, recoloured, or cached as a static image. Rights to display end when your verification ends.
Revocation
A badge is suspended or revoked automatically when a monitoring check fails — for example a lapsed license or insurance policy, an unreachable website, or contact details that no longer resolve. We may also revoke for misrepresentation or abuse.
Remediation services
Remediation packages are one-off paid services to help resolve specific failed checks. They are delivery of work, not a guarantee that a subsequent verification will pass.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew yearly unless cancelled from your billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; your badge and monitoring continue to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Limitation of liability
Verification reflects the evidence available at the time of each check. We provide the service as-is and are not liable for business decisions made by you or by third parties in reliance on a badge, score, or listing.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the revised version here. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
