Our dedicated superficial radiation therapy (SRT) systems are designed specifically to provide an alternative to surgical procedures for basal cell and squamous cell carcinomas. Our mobile, compact SRT-100™ systems are used widely by oncologists and dermatologists to bring non-melanoma skin cancer treatment to more patients in more settings. We also offer a professional skin care line, Sensus Skin Solutions™, through our physician SRT-100™ users for their patients.


We are currently searching for a dynamic Director of Marketing to join our senior management operating team. The Director of Marketing develops product and market strategies that position the company to achieve long-term growth, while meeting annual revenue and profitability goals. Continually identify and assess new markets, product and technology opportunities and ensure resources are in place to drive marketing strategy and capitalize on opportunities. This position reports directly to the company President/CEO.


  • Serve as a key and active member of the senior management operating team
  • Provide leadership for the development of global strategic marketing plans including objectives and strategy for targeted markets including direct consumer marketing
  • Drive efforts with product and business development to define an overall product and technology portfolio strategy that will drive the long term growth of the organization
  • ●  Ensure the development of all strategic product roadmaps and corresponding marketing plans
  • ●  Lead the process for the continuous evaluation of trends and adjust strategy to capitalize on shifts in the marketplace. Including the process of obtaining and disseminating competitive intelligence across all markets and product lines
  • Analyze existing product and markets in terms of the ability to compete, gain market share, grow revenue and sustain or grow profitability
  • Monitors business metrics in regard to revenues, profitability, market share and product portfolio mix. Communicate these metrics to the senior management team
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Development and OEM to define effective sales channels of all products
  • Establish effective relationship with the sales force with leadership, training, pricing and positioning expertise
  • Establish metrics for the measurement of marketing program effectiveness
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget
  • Responsible (in collaboration with sales) for the development of the company’s revenue forecast
  • Develop and provide leadership for a high performing product management team to drive the execution of strategic marketing plans for meeting Sensus overall business objectives
  • Responsible for the overall management of the marketing team providing coaching, leadership and assistance with resources and strategy development

Skills and Experiences

Education & Experience:

  • BA/BS Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 5+ years sales & marketing experience in a medical device or life sciences technology driven company
  • 2+ years in a leadership position
  • Experience in strategic planning and collaboration with executive, sales, product development and key operational groups
  • Proven record of leadership with a marketing team with global responsibility and establishing long-term strategic growth initiatives
  • Proven success and track record as an individual contributor and manager who has grown top line results

Leadership Skills:

  • High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and manage with a high-performance team focused on accountability and meeting and exceeding expectations
  • Strategic, critical but creative thinker, strong business sense and excellent financial skills
  • Ability to lead, create and work within cross-functional team environments
  • Senior level marketing professional with a proven track record of success managing complex multi-discipline sales scenarios
  • Knowledge and experience in negotiating and developing deal point documents, letters of intent and customer alliance contracts


  • BA or other relevant advanced degree
  • Experience in a clinical and regulated environment
